Research Interests

My research focuses on HIV health care, mainly co-morbidities associated with HIV, women's health and integrated HIV primary care. I am particularly interested on the impact of human papillomavirus (HPV) in people living with HIV, including HPV infection, secondary intraepithelial lesions and cancers, in both men having sex with men and women, particularly concerning anal cancer prevention. Another aspect of my research looks at the broader general, reproductive and sexual health and wellbeing of women living with HIV, including assessing women's needs in comparison to current accessibility to services in Canada.
