On October 31st, the IDIGH program, with the help of the newly formed Community and Research Engagement Committee (CREC), hosted a fantastic Halloween celebration at the CORE 3B Kitchen. The event featured festive decorations, pizza, sweet treats, and a fun-filled pumpkin carving contest.
A big thank-you goes to David Lessard from the CREC, who organized the event, and to Maysaloun Mokaddam for her great work on social media and capturing the fun in photos. We also want to thank other CREC members—Joel Ishak, Rojine McVea, Cal Koger-Pease, and Elsa Cousineau for their support in making this event a success.
It was wonderful to see so many members of the IDIGH program come together to enjoy the Halloween spirit. The event was a great example of teamwork, creativity, and community within the program.
